Hand-forged from 80CrV2, this petty chef knife balances agility and substance. The 6.88" blade tapers from a 0.12" spine at the handle to a fine 0.05" near the tip, offering confident control for everything from fine herb work to trimming proteins.

A hammer-textured finish and forged fuller help release food during prep, giving the blade a rugged, honest beauty as well as utility. The full tang handle is built from Richlite with a vulcanized paper liner and stainless pins — durable, cool in the hand, and lightly contoured for secure grip.

At 6.3 oz and just over 11" in total length, this piece is compact but capable. The blade has enough height at the heel for comfortable knuckle clearance in a pinch grip. The 4.25" handle is especially suited to smaller hands or those who prefer a more nimble feel.
